ALL INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN

• Meet and greet at Velana International Airport and assistance with speed boat transfers. 
• Stylish check-in with signature mocktails. 
• Daily breakfasts with an extensive international selection through mid- morning at the Oceans Restaurant. 
• Lunch: dine around options at Oceans Restaurant (International, buffet), Suan Bua (Thai Restaurant, Set menu) or La Brezza (Italian Restaurant, set menu).
• Dinner: dine around options at Oceans Restaurant (International, buffet), Suan Bua (Thai Restaurant, Set menu or $40 credit per person once per day), La Brezza (Italian Restaurant, set menu or $40 credit per person once per day) or Al Khaimah (Arabic Restaurant, $40 credit per person once per day). 
• Daily replenished minibar service including a selection of snacks, soft drinks and mixers, mineral water, chocolates and beer. Minibar is stocked once per day. Additional stock will incur a charge. 
• Standard beverages from AI beverage menu available across the resort operated bars. Served daily from 11.00 until 23.00 hrs. Pool bar operating hours are 10:00 to 18:00. 
• Afternoon tea with pastries and sandwiches together with a selection of tea and filter coffee served from 15:30 to 16:30 hrs. 
• Sundowners Canapés selection: flavorful tapas and canapés are served between 18:30 and 19:30 hrs.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

• Check in: 15.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.
• Check out: 12.00 hrs.
• หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00 น. ถึง18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
• หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจํา 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
• 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 -31 Days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
• 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
• ยกเลิกกระทันหัน: หรือ พักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ /No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
