PACKAGES INCLUDE:

- ค่าที่พักในรีสอร์ท/ Accommodation at the resort
- อาหารเช้า อาหารกลางวันและอาหารค่ำ พร้อมเครื่องดื่มและกิจกรรมตามเงื่อนไขของรีสอร์ท(รายละเอียดตามด้านล่าง) / All Inclusive Meal plan (detail below)
- การต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกที่สนามบิน มาเล่/ Meet and greet at Male airport
- ภาษีและ Service Charge ประเทศมัลดีสฟ์อัตราปัจจุบัน/ GST and Service Charge of Maldives as current rate
- ประกันภัยในการเดินทาง (ตามเงื่อนไขกรมธรรม์)/ Traveling Insurance (Condition apply)
ALL INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN
The following are included in the All-Inclusive package;
- MEALS:
- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at the main restaurant and Unlimited beverages
- Unlimited Beverage at Bar (operation time): Alcohol and Non-alcohol beverage based on list of All Inclusive
- Snack Sandwiches, Toast, and Cakes are served at Palm Bar during Mid-Morning from 10:00 am to 11:30 am| Afternoon from 15:00 am to 17:00 pm
NOTE:
A) All the above drinks (except Mineral water) will be served by glasses. Guests are requested to sign all the Bills with amount total in 0.00, this is for accounting purpose, and there will be no charges.
- Activities and services - Free excursion by slow Boat (option: Snorkeling Trip or Half Day Local Island Trip / Guest must join any of the above-mentioned excursions available during their stay). Excursion will be based on the resort's weekly excursion schedule, availability and weather condition. No refund will be given if the guests are not able to take part in the excursion during their stay.
- Facilities and Service - Snorkeling equipment (available at the reception Lost or damaged equipment’s will be charged at cost price, all equipment should be returned 8 hours prior to departure time)
- Fitness Room (Gym), Table Tennis, Volley Ball, Hand Soccer, Dart and board games.
B) Facilities and service which are not included in this sheet will be charged at normal hotel rates
C) The following are not included:
» Fresh Fruit Juices
» Premium Brand Sprits Wine and Champagne
» Cappuccino and espresso
» Mini bar
D) The above facilities and services are strictly for personal use of “all inclusive” Guest only, therefore those who offered to other “Non- All Inclusive” Guest will be charged at normal menu prices
E) All-inclusive package bills will be indicated (All-Inclusive), any bills without All Inclusive mark will be automatically charged at normal menu rate, please check all your bills before the sign, as your signature authorizes all transactions.
* Please note All Inclusive package will expire 12:00 noon on your departure day.
* AI Packages is closed from early morning 00:00 hrs. – Morning 07:30 hrs. during this time all the usage will be billed and charged at menu rate.

COMPLIMENTARY:
- Honeymooner: A Beach Dinner (subject to weather conditions), a honeymoon cocktail and bed decoration once during the stay
- Repeaters: A bottle of wine and fruit basket on arrival in the room. Candle lit dinner on the beach (food will be served from buffet) and table will be decorated.
- Wedding Anniversary: Bottle of sparkling wine will be provided and dinner table decoration on the beach (food will be served from the buffet)
- Birthday: Birthday cake on birthday night and bed decoration with fresh flowers once during stay
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Information regarding the above complimentary services must be informed at the time of reservation and must be clearly marked on the client’s original voucher.
- Wedding should be no older than 12 months to entitle the Honeymoon benefits. A copy of the wedding certificate should be provided upon check in otherwise honeymoon amenities will be chargeable.
- Minimum 3 nights are required to avail the honeymoon benefits.
- Beach Dinners can be arranged subject to prevailing weather conditions.
COMPLIMENTARY BENEFITS FOR ALL GUESTS:
- Assistance at the airport on arrival and departure.
- Welcome drink upon arrival at the resort.
- 500ml water bottle per person per day.
- WIFI in all the rooms and public areas.
PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE:
- ตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับ กรุงเทพฯ-มัลดีฟส์/ Round Trip Air ticket Bangkok - Maldives
- ดำน้ำลึก, มินิบาร์, การรับประทานอาหารหรือกิจกรรมสันทนาการใดๆ ที่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้ข้างต้น / Scuba diving, mini bar, other meals or activities that do not mentioned in the package
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
- Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.
- Check out: 12.00 hrs.
- หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00น. ถึง18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50%ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
- หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจํา 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
- 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 -31 days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
- 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
- ยกเลิกกระทันหัน: หรือ พักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ /No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
- ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
