RESORT SERVICES
- Meet and greet at Male’ airport and assistance with transfer and international flights
- Special welcome: refreshing towels and homemade welcome drink served upon arrival to resort
- All room/villa/suite types: 2 bottles of water (non-carbonated house brand) per villa per day and tea & coffee facilities
- Free Wi-Fi in main public areas and in all the room/villa/suite
- Access to recreation and fitness centres (Indoor & Outdoor) such as tennis, badminton, pool & billiards table, chess, darts & other table games)
- Regular evening entertainments are scheduled for guests to enjoy
- Access to Maakana Kids Club for children between 4 to 12 years
- 2 bottles of water are provided in all villas (House brand water (01 liter) – non-carbonated, all imported water is chargeable including sparkling water.

**To qualify for the Honeymooner, offer a minimum of 3 Nights stay is required (to be specified at the time of booking - a copy of marriage certificate/registration dated less than 12 months to be presented at the time of booking).
BIRTHDAY AND ANNIVERSARY COMPLIMENTARY
- Guest who are celebrating Birthday OR Wedding Anniversaries (during the stay) will be provided with a Celebratory Cake and a bottle of sparkling wine

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

- หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00 น. ถึง18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50%ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
- หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนก่อนการเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน/ More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
- 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทางหักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด/45 - 31 days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
- 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด/ 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
- ยกเลิกกะทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จอง ไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ / No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
- ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
