- Breakfast and dinner; Breakfast at the main Restaurant and dinner from a la carte’ restaurants (except Underwater restaurant).
- Water and soft drinks included during meal plan.
FULL BOARD PLAN
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner; Breakfast at the main Restaurant, lunch and dinner from a la carte’ restaurants (except Underwater restaurant).
- Water and soft drinks included during meal plan.
ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner; Breakfast at the main Restaurant, lunch and dinner from a la carte’ restaurants, afternoon Tea/Coffee with snacks served from 16.30 hrs – 18.00 hrs.
- Bottled water, Drinks served by the glass (including soft drinks, selected fresh juices, espresso, prosecco, beer, house wine and pouring spirits which includes Gin, Vodka, Whiskey, Brandy, Tequila, Rum, Arrack and Martini). Beverages to be served between 10.00hrs and 00.00hrs only. After midnight, all consumed drinks will be charged at the normal price. Beverages in All Inclusive plan is not included H2O restaurant.

HONEYMOON BENEFITS (with minimum of 4 nights stay)

2. Free Villa upgrade from Manta Villa to Dolphin Villa, from Dolphin Villa to Beach Suite Pool or Aqua Suite, from Dolphin Villa Pool to Aqua Suite Pool (upon request and subject to hotel confirmation at the time of booking).
NOTE: To qualify for honeymoon services, honeymooners will be requiredto submit certified documents (validity max. 12 months) and this should be communicated at the time of reservation.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
- Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.
- Check out: 12.00 hrs.
- หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00 น. ถึง 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
- หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจํา 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
- 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 -31 days before arrival : cancellation charge 50%
- 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
- ยกเลิกกระทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ / No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
- ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
