COMPLIMENTARY PRIVILEGES FOR ALL GUESTS: 

• Meet and greet at Male’ airport (while in transit) and assistance with domestic transfer & international flights. 
• Special welcome: refreshing towels and sparkling wine (non-alcoholic beverages available upon request) 
• Free Wi-Fi in main public areas; all Villas, Beach Houses & Residences. 
• Access to floating water park, recreation and fitness centres (including indoor and outdoor activities such as tennis, table tennis and other table games). 
• Free of charge snorkelling equipment, subject to charges for any damages or misplaced snorkelling equipment. 
• Complimentary access to Kids Club for children between 3 to 11.99 years. Baby sitting or dedicated childcare must be booked 24 hours prior and this service is chargeable at USD25 per hour subject to 10% service charge + 17% TGST 

• 1 bottle of sparkling wine & fruit basket on arrival day 
• Complimentary honeymoon dinner with table decorated at one of the ala carte restaurants for the couple once during the stay 
• Special evening turn-down service with bed decoration on arrival night 
• 1 celebratory honeymoon cake

Wedding should be no older than 12 months to entitle the honeymoon benefits and copy of marriage certificate needs to be presented at the time of booking and check-in.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• Beverage is for your own consumption, served one glass at a time.
• Alcoholic beverages will not be served to minors.
• One meal per person in a meal period is included. Additional meals taken in other outlets in the same meal period will be charged.
• One starter, one main course and one dessert per person is included. Additional items will be charged.
• Children under 11.99 years can only dine from Kids menu from A La carte restaurants.
• The spa credit is non-transferable and not applicable on tailor made spa packages, salon and retail items in spa
• Refunds and/or substitutions not entertained, if not utilized or if a service could not be offered due to weather conditions.
• Benefits of the Premium All-Inclusive are non-transferable.
• Specialty restaurants will need a pre-booking.
• The resort reserves the right to close or revise operational hours of the buffet restaurants or any A la carte Restaurant based on occupancy levels or maintenance and restaurant menus may be changed without prior notice.
• The Resort reserves the right to make amendments to the Premium All-Inclusive Plan during the contracting season.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

• Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.
• Check out: 12.00 hrs.
• หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00 น. ถึง18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50%ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
• หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนก่อนการเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน/  More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
• 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทางหักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด/45 - 31 Days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
• 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด/ 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
• ยกเลิกกะทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จอง ไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้  / No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
• ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
