DETAIL OF MEAL PLAN

 

MEAL PLAN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Beverage service for inclusions apply as per outlet operational times.
• Bar and Restaurant opening time may vary from time to time without prior notice.
• Certain items are subject to surcharges and will be indicated per outlet menu.
• Menus or specific Brand Items may change without prior notice.
• The Meal Plan selected applies to the whole duration of the stay. All guests in the same room and booking party will be under the same meal plan as booked.
• All In-Villa Dining & Specialty Mini Bar (Pantry) items will be chargeable as per menu.
• No compensation in cash or other services will be offered for non-consumed items. Inclusions are non-exchangeable.
• Drinks & food items may not be shared with a person who has not opted for the selected package. Any drinks or food items offered to another guest or non-resident/visitor will be charged as per consumption.
• The Meal Plan offerings are for restaurant & bar consumption only and take-away orders or full bottle consumption from any restaurant & bar will be charged accordingly.
• Meal plans are applicable till 12:00 pm on day of departure & any additional consumption after 12:00 pm will be charged accordingly.
• Meal plan supplements are to be added on top of room rates with breakfast.
• Mini Bar (Pantry) will be replenished every day from your check-in date as per Package selection.
• Laundry items (Premium All-inclusive) are serviced as per normal service (30 Pieces will be included on complimentary basis and charges apply for additional items and express service). Laundry items (for All inclusive (AI)) will be chargeable as per menu.
• Laundry inclusion for bookings 7 nights and more.
• Sunset Cruise (Premium All-inclusive) included as per Resort Schedule, per person once during stay for guests staying 7 nights and more. Additional will be chargeable as per menu.
• Diving, Excursions, and other services on the Resort not included as part of the All-Inclusive Plans and will be charged as per respective menus.
• Retail items in Shops & Photo Lab experiences are not included and will be chargeable as per respective menus.
• Special weekly themed dinners, Adrift dining and events not listed in meal plans are not included and will be chargeable as per respective menus.
• Private Wellness or other Activities will be chargeable as per respective menus.

• 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
• ยกเลิกกระทันหัน: หรือ พักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ / No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
