DETAIL OF MEAL PLAN

HALF BOARD PLAN
  • Breakfast & Dinner at restaurants
**In-room dining is not included in your meal plan. All other beverages will be charged upon consumption.**
 
FULL BOARD PLAN
  • Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at restaurants
  • Still water, sparkling water, soft drinks, and Café LUX* coffee are included during your meal only. All other beverages will be charged upon consumption.

 

**In-room dining is not included in your meal plan. All other beverages will be charged upon consumption.**

 

 
Note:
  • For individual clients starts upon arrival at the hotel and finishes at departure time from hotel (irrespective of the check-out time).
  • The whole remaining duration of a stay must be on the same meal plan basis. 
  • No compensation in cash or kind will be offered for non-consumed items. 
  • Families, guests sharing rooms or travelling as a “party” must always be booked under the same package conditions. 
  • All drink and food items are for personal consumption only and must be ordered one at a time. The drink and food items may not be shared with a person who has not opted for the All-Inclusive package. 
  • Any drink or food items, offered to a non-resident or visitor, will be charged at listed prices. No take-away orders from restaurants can be made on All-Inclusive package 
 
HONEYMOON ADDED VALUES: VALID IN ALL ROOM / VILLA CATEGORIES 
สำหรับการเดินทางเข้าพักช่วง 
1. One free couple massage per stay: 30 minutes per couple per stay (to be taken at the Spa between 10 AM and 12 PM (appointment compulsory)
2. One bottle of sparkling wine, One honeymoon cake and bed decoration
3. Complimentary room upgrade upon availability at the time of check-in

Details & Conditions: 
  • Applicable to all room or villa types
  • Applicable on all available meal plans
  • Added values cannot be exchanged, refunded, or offered to any other person 
  • A copy of the Wedding / Civil Partnership certificate must be sent to the Reservations department at the time of the booking
  • Wedding / Civil Partnership certificate must not exceed 12 months from date of issue at time of travel and needs to be presented upon check-in 
  • Wedding Anniversary applies as from 5 years of wedding or pacs anniversary, and thereafter every 5 years (5, 10, 15, 20….)
 

 PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE:

  • ตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับ กรุงเทพฯ-มัลดีฟส์ / Round Trip Air ticket Bangkok - Maldives 
  • การรับประทานอาหารภายในวิลล่า/ Dining in the Villa
  • ดำน้ำลึก, การรับประทานอาหาร หรือกิจกรรมสันทนาการใดๆ ที่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้ข้างต้น/ Scuba diving, other meals or activities that do not mentioned in the package

 

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

  • Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.
  • Check out: 11.00 hrs.
  • หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 11.00น. ถึง 18.00น. คิดค่าบริการ 50%ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 11.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
  •  หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจํา 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
  • 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 -31 days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
  • 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
  • ยกเลิกกระทันหัน หรือ พักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ / No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
  • ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
