• ค่ารับ-ส่ง สนามบิน – รีสอร์ท – สนามบินด้วยเครื่องบินน้ำ /Round Trip transfer by Seaplane
• ค่าที่พักในรีสอร์ท/ Accommodation at the resort

• การต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกที่สนามบิน มาเล่/ Meet and greet at Male airport

• ประกันภัยในการเดินทาง (ตามเงื่อนไขกรมธรรม์)/ Traveling Insurance (Condition apply)

MEAL PLAN

• Guests are entitled to have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Soul Kitchen
• Unlimited soft drinks, juice, water, tea/coffee during meal times.
• Guests opting to have their dinner in the a la carte restaurant will receive 20% discount on food. Reservations are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. 

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at SOUL KITCHEN - Main Restaurant 
• 03 course dinner at FLAMES - Specialty Grill from the special chef’s menu. (Reservations are highly recommended to avoid disappointment) 
• Guests opting to have their dinner in the a la carte restaurant MIZU will receive 20% discount on food. Reservations are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. 
• Communal brunch snack point at WINK - Main Bar from 10:00 – 11:00 
• Community Gathering Tea party at WINK - Main Bar from 16:00 – 17:00 
• Beverages – Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from a selected range of spirits, wine (by the glass), cocktails, mocktails, beer, juice and soft drinks at WINK - Main Bar from 10:00 –00:00, SOLIS - Pool Bar from 10:00 – 18:00 and at SOUL KITCHEN - Main Restaurant during lunch and dinner and at FLAMES - Specialty Grill during dinner 
• In-Villa Minibar - non-alcoholic beverages restocked once a day 
• In-Villa Tea and Coffee Facilities 
• Water sports – Complimentary rental of snorkeling equipment, kayaks, and paddleboards 
• Burn Along group classes – yoga & fitness group classes, beach games, football, and state-of-the-art fitness facilities in and outdoor 
• NOVA Special Deal – a 15% discount will be made available on selected watersports, Spa, and NOVA experiences 

• Subject to minimum stay of 4 paid nights 
• Cigarettes and Sheesha are not included 
• The whole duration of stay should be on one meal supplement plan 
• No compensation in cash or kind is offered for non-consumed items 
• All Guests in the same room should be under same meal supplement plan 
• Drinks and food items may not be shared with a person who has not opted for the AI package. Any drinks or food items, offered to a non-AI guest or non-resident/visitor, will be charged as per consumption.
• The AI package is for in-outlet by the glass consumption only and take-away orders or full bottle consumption from any restaurant or bar will be charged
• Package Inclusions for beverages are applicable between 10:00 - 00:00 daily and any beverages consumed after this period will be charged as per consumption
• Special weekly theme dinners and events are not included. 

• Information regarding the above complimentary services must be in formed at the time of reservation and must be clearly marked on the client’s original voucher. 
• Wedding should be no older than 12 months to entitle the Honeymoon benefits. A copy of wedding certificate must be provided. 
• Minimum 3 nights required to avail the honeymoon benefits. 
• Beach dinners can be arranged subject to prevailing weather conditions.

• Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.
• Check out: 12.00 hrs.
• หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00น. ถึง18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50%ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
• หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.

• มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจํา 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
• 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 -31 days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
• 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
• ยกเลิกกระทันหัน: หรือ พักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ /No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
• ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
